The space is fully equipped with a podium, microphones, speakers, tv monitors, and projector screen. Tables, chairs, and stools are available as well. Tables and chairs can be arranged for classroom, conference, presentation, or workshop-style layouts.

Light refreshments and catered meals are permitted for legitimate meetings and classes. Meeting rentals may not be used for parties, celebrations, receptions, retirement celebrations/recognitions or social functions.

Meeting Space Rentals are exclusively for meetings, classes, trainings, workshops, rehearsals, and similar professional or instructional uses. They are not a discounted alternative to our Function Hall Rental. Birthdays, baby or bridal showers, graduations, anniversaries, celebrations, receptions, parties, social gatherings, and other private functions must be booked through our Function Hall Rental packages.
