A typical 6-hour rental entails 1-2 hours for set up, a 3-4 hour event, and 1 hour to breakdown/clean up.
A typical 9-hour rental entails 2 hours for set up, a 6 hour event, and 1 hour to breakdown/clean up.
Following the timing outlined above will ensure your vendors (party rentals, florist, caterer) have sufficient time to set up and breakdown.
You may add additional time for a fee.

Yes, guests are welcome to bring their own food (BYO food) – potluck style.
Catering is also welcome. Insurance is not needed.
Bringing alcohol is not allowed.

Yes, we have a sound system that is ready to for any DJ to walk in and easily connect to.

Please be respectful of the space and return it in the condition that it was delivered to you (at the time that your reservation ends). A $50 cleaning fee will be assessed if the space is not returned to its original state. This includes trash removal.

A knowledgeable staff member will be on site during your rental. They will be able to answer any questions you may have.

There is a $260 refundable security deposit due to lock in your event date.
The following may be charged against your security deposit:
- If the space is not returned in its original state and requires clean up
- If there is any damage incurred as a result of your event
- If you exceed your rental time by more than 15 minutes

Yes, you can play music, sing your heart out, and dance the night away!
Events must be contained inside the room you have rented and doors must remain closed at all times. Please be respectful of our amazing neighbors and do not make noise in the parking lot or on the sidewalks surrounding the building.

Step 1: Determine if you want a 6-hour rental or a 9-hour rental.
Step 2: Choose a package (Basic, Gold, or Platinum).

All events must be approved by management to ensure BSR can properly accommodate the type of event that you are interested in hosting.

Yes, we have a 17 spots in the parking lot behind the building. There is also free street parking along both sides of the building and throughout downtown Stoughton.
There are 2 additional public parking lots within .25 miles from the building.

This function hall is ideal for private gatherings with friends and family. The event venue is great for formal and informal events such as birthday parties, christenings, bridal showers, anniversary parties, bar mitzvahs, bat mitzvahs, retirement parties, graduation parties, baby showers, bridal showers, brunches, luncheons, and dinners.
No admission fees, cover charges, or ticket sales may be accepted by the renter for any event at Boston Studio Rental without prior approval. We are not a nightclub, bar, or concert venue. The renter should know each invited guest personally or be affiliated with them via a personal relationship. The renter acknowledges that he/she is responsible and personally liable for their guests' behavior while in the building, in the parking lot, and in the surrounding area outside the building.

Boston Studio Rental offers a 6-hour rental and a 9-hour rental option for event space rentals.
Choose a 6-hour rental if you are hosting a 3-4 hour event. The remaining 2-3 hours will give you sufficient time to decorate, set up, breakdown, and clean up.
